First, log in to pre-registration as an admin:

  1. Click Manage > Tournaments.
  2. Find your event.
  3. Click Pre-Registration to the right of the event.
  4. Click Admin Login in the top right.
  5. Log in with your username and password.

Then you can add questions/data fields:

  1. Click Data Fields.
  2. Click Add Field.
  3. Enter the name of the field.
  4. Select a field type:
    1. Real Number (ex., weight: '160')
    2. Integer
    3. Short Text (ex., school: 'Jones HS')
    4. Long Text (ex., about you: '....')
  5. Choose whether to show a pick list of options.
    1. Enter pick-list options or restrict the data range
  6. Enter any instructions for this question.
  7. Click Add Field.
