A significant win is a win over a wrestler in the past year who has a .75 ranking or higher. Both wrestlers in the match must be matched to their Trackwrestling profile in order for it to count.

A significant win is not subjective and can not be added manually (even by TW staff). The only way for a significant win to be added to a profile is when it meets the above criteria.
