1. Log in to the season as an admin.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Select the user type to add. The options that appear here will depend on your user type.
  4. Click Add Admin or Add User.
  5. Complete the form and use the Generate button to create a username and password.
  6. Click Add.
  7. To set the new user's permissions, toggle the Y and N under
    1. Active- will allow you to turn off and on access to the season team
    2. OPC- will allow admin user to have access to the OPC and WLP
    3. Stats- will allow admin user to have access to the stats program

After creating a user, click the blue envelope icon to send the login information to that user's email.

To edit a user:

  1. Click Users.
  2. Select the user type to add. The options that appear here will depend on your user type.
  3. Click the Search button to search for the user.
  4. Click on the user's blue name to open.
  5. Edit the info that needs to be updated.
  6. Click the Save button.
