Tournament administrators can import wrestlers from a team's roster in Trackwrestling's dual program instead of entering each wrestler manually. After importing the roster, you can review individual wrestlers and adjust their tournament information as needed.

Import wrestlers from a team roster

1. Log in to the tournament as an administrator.
2. Go to Setup > Teams.
3. Select the team you want to import wrestlers for.
4. Select the blue here link in the message: Click here to import this team's roster from Trackwrestling's dual program.
5. Select the checkbox next to each wrestler you want to import.
6. Enter a record in the available fields if needed.
7. From the Email Media Contacts dropdown, select Yes or No.
8. Click Next.
9. Review the import and click Finalize.

Review imported wrestlers

After completing the import, review the wrestlers on each team and make any necessary changes.

1. Select a team.
2. Select a wrestler's link to open their information.
3. Set Scoring Wrestler to Yes or No, as appropriate.
4. Make any other necessary changes to the wrestler.
5. Repeat these steps for each wrestler and team as needed.
