To fix this, make sure that your internet browser is set to print colors and images:

• Internet Explorer: Check the box for Print Background Colors and Images when printing.
• Firefox: Go to a print preview and click on Page Setup. Click the Format and Options tab. Place a check next to the Print background colors and images setting.
• Chrome: Set the Color option to Color.
