Announcements allow you to display important information to participants and spectators throughout your event.
Enable Announcements
If you do not see the Announcements menu:
- Open Setup > Settings.
- Locate the Use Announcements setting.
- Change the setting to Yes.
- Save your changes.
- Refresh the page.
After refreshing, the Announcements menu will appear.
Add an Announcement
- Open Setup > Announcements.
- Select Add Announcement.
- Enter your announcement.
- Select Add to save it.
You can repeat these steps to add additional announcements throughout your event.
To see your announcements, be sure you have the Announcement values on the Mat Assignment Display set to your desired scroll rate.
