1. Click Announcements in the Setup menu.
**NOTE: If you do not see this option in your left menu, click Settings in your Left or Setup menu and ensure the Use Announcement setting is set to Yes. If you modify this setting, be sure to refresh at the top of the page to refresh your left menu so this shows up.

2. Click on the Add Announcement button.

3. Fill out the form that pops up and click the Add button.

To see your announcements, be sure you have the Announcement values on the Mat Assignment Display set to your desired scroll rate.
