If your team used FloArena to run a season event, you will need to import the event results into Trackwrestling for the participating teams. Importing the results brings the FloArena match data into the appropriate Trackwrestling season records so each team has access to its results without entering matches individually.

If your team participated in a FloArena event but didn't host it, you shouldn't need to complete the import yourself. If the results haven't been imported, contact Trackwrestling Support for assistance.

Connect the FloArena Event

  1. Log in to your Trackwrestling season team.
  2. Select the event from the Schedule.
  3. Select Edit Event.
  4. Scroll to the software selection and choose FloArena.
  5. Enter the event name and select Search.
  6. Select Save.
  7. When the Select Flo Event box appears, choose the correct event from the drop-down menu.
  8. Select Save.
  9. Refresh the page.

Import FloArena Matches

  1. Select More from the menu.
  2. Select Import FloArena Matches.
  3. Choose the divisions you want to import.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Review the available matches.
  6. Select Next.

If you are not seeing Import FloArena Matches, refresh your page.

Review and Link Teams

  1. Review the teams listed on the Team page.
  2. Use GET to link any team that doesn't have a link or is linked to the wrong season team.
  3. After reviewing the team connections, select the hyperlink at the top of the page to sign off on the team and season matchups.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the team review.

Review and Link Wrestlers

  1. Review the wrestlers listed on the Wrestler page.
  2. Use GET to link wrestlers who aren't linked or to correct an incorrect link.
  3. If there isn't a matching wrestler for the tournament information, select No Match.
  4. After reviewing the wrestler connections, select the hyperlink at the top of the page to sign off on the wrestler and season matchups.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the wrestler review.

Upload the Results

  1. On the Results page, review the matches available to import.
  2. To select all available matches, check the box next to Match at the top of the list.
  3. Select Upload Selected.
  4. Complete the on-screen confirmation.
  5. When the message shows how many matches were successfully uploaded, select OK.
  6. Confirm that All matches have been successfully uploaded appears under Upload Selected.

Accept Pending Matches

Imported matches appear as pending until they're accepted.

  1. Select the Matches tab.
  2. Check the boxes next to the pending matches you want to accept.
  3. Select Accept Selected.

Important

Rows highlighted in yellow during the import will be ignored based on the error shown with the record. Review these rows before continuing so you know which matches won't be included in the import.

Review team and wrestler links carefully before signing off on them. Correct links help make sure imported results are associated with the intended season team and wrestlers.
