Now, you can seamlessly import results from FloArena events directly into your Trackwrestling season team, bringing all your data together like never before! Just follow the simple steps below to get started. Remember, if you need any assistance, our team is here and ready to help you make the most of this new feature.
- First, log in to your season team on Trackwrestling.
- Click on the name of the event on the season Schedule.
- Then click Edit Event and scroll down to select the software.
- Choose FloArena, then type the name of the event in the box below and click Search then Save.
- A new box will appear titled Select Flo Event. Use the drop-down menu to select the correct event. Hit Save.
6. You can click on More from the grey menu bar and select Import FloArena Matches.
7. On the new screen, select the divisions you would like to import and click Next.
8. This screen will show you the list of matches within the event that can be imported. You can click Next. *Rows highlighted in yellow will be ignored due to the error message listed below the record.
9. On the Team page, you can use the GET button to link any teams that either have no link or the incorrect link to the season team. After reviewing, click the hyperlink at the top of the page to sign off on team/season matchups and follow the on-screen prompts to complete this.
10. On the Wrestler page, you can use the GET button to link any wrestlers that may not be linked to a team or correct any incorrect links. After reviewing, click the hyperlink at the top of the page to sign off on wrestler/season matchups and follow the on-screen prompts to complete this step. *If there are no wrestlers that match the information from the tournament, select No Match.
11. On the Results page, you will see a list of all of the matches that can be imported. Click on the checkbox next to the word Match at the top of the list to select all matches. Click Upload Selected and type the word. You will get a message box telling the number of matches successfully uploaded, click OK.
12. You should now see All matches have been successfully uploaded under the Upload Selected button at the top of the page.
13. You can then click on the Matches tab where the matches will then appear on the Matches tab but will be listed as Pending.
14. Coaches can accept all of the pending matches by clicking on the checkboxes of the matches they would like to accept and then using the Accept Selected button at the top of the page.
