You can manage your tournament roster by adding new wrestlers, updating athlete information, or removing wrestlers. Use the steps below to make roster changes. Watch the video below for a step-by-step walkthrough of the process.

Please note that menus may have changed slightly since this video was recorded. FloPRO replaced TW GOLD+ in 2021.

Access Your Tournament Roster

1. Go to Registration > Wrestlers.

Add a Wrestler

1. Click Add Participant.
2. Enter the athlete's information.
3. Click Register Participant.

Edit a Wrestler

1. Select the athlete you want to edit.
2. Update the athlete's information, such as their weight class or other details.
3. Click Save Participant.

If your brackets have already been built, you'll be prompted to choose how to handle the empty spot in the group or division the wrestler was moved from.

Delete a Wrestler

1. Select the athlete you want to remove.
2. Click Delete Participant.

If your brackets have already been built, it may be easier to forfeit the wrestler instead of deleting them.

Notes

• If weigh-ins have already been completed, update the roster from the individual team instead of the tournament roster.
• If you're using a custom number scheme and your brackets have already been built, reapply the number scheme after adding or deleting wrestlers.
