Trackwrestling Refunds

Refund options depend on whether you're an athlete or parent requesting an individual event refund, an event administrator handling a canceled event, or a customer with a FloSports subscription. Find the situation that applies to you below.

Refunds for Event Administrators

If an entire event is canceled after collecting registration payments, Trackwrestling can work with the event director to send full refunds to the credit cards used by paid registrants.

Canceled events are charged a 7% refund-processing fee.

Important

Trackwrestling does not process individual refund requests for an event that has not been canceled.

Event administrators may choose to provide individual refunds using cash, check, or a cash app.

Refunds for Parents and Athletes

When you register for a Trackwrestling event online, you acknowledge the event's refund policy. Online registrations are not eligible for a refund for any reason. Before submitting a registration, make sure the athlete plans to participate and that you are prepared to forfeit the registration fee if they cannot compete.

What if there are extenuating circumstances?

If extenuating circumstances prevent an athlete from competing, contact the event director to ask about a refund.

Any individual event refund is at the event director's discretion.

  1. Find your event in the FloWrestling event list.
  2. Select the event to open its event information.
  3. Look on the right side of the event information for the event director's contact details.
  4. Use the listed name and email address to contact the event director about your refund request.

The event director determines whether an individual event refund can be issued.
