For Parents and Athletes:

  • Individual refunds for failure to compete are at the discretion of each event director. Please contact the event administrator if you have extenuating circumstances, as any refund will be at their discretion. To find the contact information for the point of contact for any event, please click on the information tab when you have entered the event as a viewer.

For Event Administrators:

  • We understand that extenuating circumstances (weather, COVID, etc.) may cause the cancellation of an entire event that has collected registration funds. In this case, we can work with the event director to send full refunds to the credit cards of the paid registrants. Cancelled events will be charged a 7% fee for refund processing. Please submit a help ticket to start this process.

    It's important to understand that we will not process any individual refund requests for an event that is not canceled. However, as an event administrator, you have the discretion to offer those and issue refunds by cash, check, or cash app.
