To find the assessment:

  1. If you are an assessor, click My Account > My Teams and click on the team.
    1. If you are a team admin, click Weight Management.
  2. Click the transaction.

To update the status of an individual assessment:

  1. Click the clock icon next to an assessment.
  2. Select the new status.
  3. Click Save.

To update the status of multiple assessments:

  1. Place a check next to the assessments you want to update.
  2. Click Approve Selected or Deny Selected.
