- Click Setup > Settings.
- Set Use Scramble Pairings to Yes.
- Click Bracketing > Scramble Pairings.
- Select the wrestling style from the drop-down.
- Set the Weight Tolerance, Division Tolerance, Skill Tolerance, Desired Match Count, and Max Allowed Match Count as needed.
- Click View Possible Pairings to view potential matches.
- Click Auto Pair to generate pairings.
- Click Create Selected Matches to create the matches.
- Click Delete Selected Pairings to delete matches if needed.
- Use Pair and Don't Pair links to prevent specific wrestlers from being matched.
Weight Tolerance: Specify the range of actual weights to use when creating pairings.
Division Tolerance: A division tolerance of '1' would allow pairings between wrestlers one division above and one division below any wrestler's own division.
Skill Tolerance: A skill tolerance of '1' would allow pairings between wrestlers with separation criteria one above and one below any wrestler's own separation criteria.
Desired Match Count: This is the number of matches the system will try to create using the specified settings.
Max Allowed Match Count: This is the maximum number of matches some wrestlers may get in order to get the desired match count for other wrestlers.
Teams: This setting may be used to create matches between certain schools. Use the control key to highlight the teams to use or specify all teams if desired.
