The questionnaire tells Trackwrestling support staff who to contact and what to expect regarding your video streams.

1. Log in to your tournament as an administrator.

2. Log in with your myTRACK account. This is a free account created on the Trackwrestling website. It is not the same as the admin login you created for this event. If needed, you can create a free myTRACK account on this page.

3. Navigate to Setup -> Video Streams -> Questionnaire

4. Once the information has been entered and Add has been clicked, the page will refresh and now will display: ACH Deposit button to enter payment information:

5.Click the ACH Deposit button at the bottom of the page.

1. Select or add an account.

2. Check the boxes and click the Save button.

3. Once an account has been selected or a new one has been created:

Upon clicking Save the page will refresh and now show ACH Deposit green and check-marked for successful completion.
