We understand the challenges of organizing wrestling tournaments, including operating on a tight budget, collecting entry fees, and managing post-event operations and expenses. To help manage expenses and streamline pre- and post-event processes, effective March 11th, event management is free for tournaments that choose to use Trackwrestling for registration and payment processing!
Free event management for your tournament is as simple as:
- Sign Up: Set up your event in Trackwrestling using event management, registration, and online payments.
- Collect Entries: Use Trackwrestling to collect entries and payments and meet our minimum usage threshold (75% of participants paid online).
- Run your Tournament: Move wrestlers from registration to brackets and run your event.
- Get Paid: Online registration fees will be paid out following your event without deduction of event management fees or a separate invoice. No additional post-event collections, payments, or follow-up is needed.
