To exclude the Separation Criteria/Skill Level question from your pre-registration, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your tournament as an admin.
2. Click Setup > Settings.
3. Set Use Separation Criteria to Yes.
4. Click Setup > Separation Criteria.
5. Change Add Field to Pre-Registration to Exclude Field from Pre-Registration. This will remove the separation field from the registration process.

Feel free to set Use Separation Criteria back to No.
