For an open format tournament, you can allow statisticians to enter wrestlers’ actual weights before weigh-ins are finalized. This can help your tournament staff enter weight information as it becomes available instead of waiting until weigh-ins are complete.

To use this option, make sure Actual Weight is included as a field in your tournament settings, then enable weight entry for statisticians.

Enable actual weight as a field

1. Go to Setup > Settings.
2. Check whether Actual Weight is selected as an included field.
3. If it is not selected, highlight Actual Weight.
4. While holding Ctrl on Windows or Command on Mac, reselect any other fields you want to include.
5. Select Save Fields to Include.

Allow statisticians to enter weights

Now, look for the red setting labeled Allow statisticians to pre-enter actual weight.

Set Allow statisticians to pre-enter actual weight to Yes.

Statisticians can now enter actual wrestler weights before weigh-ins are finalized.
