Your season schedule keeps your team's dual meets, tournaments, and individual matches organized in one place. When adding an event, you'll choose the event type and competition level, then complete the setup based on whether you're adding a dual meet, individual tournament, or multi-dual. Not sure which setup applies to your event? Check out the videos below for an overview, then use the section for the type of event you're adding.

Add a dual meet

Use this option when your team is competing against one other team.

1. Select the opponent from the list. If the opponent is not listed, select New Team to add it.
2. Click Next.
3. Choose how matches should be created:
   • Create one match per weight: Use this when the dual will have one bout at each weight class.
   • Create matches as needed: Use this for JV or exhibition duals when you'll pair wrestlers individually. This option lets you skip weight classes and enter multiple bouts at the same weight without requiring exactly one bout per weight class.

Add an individual tournament or individual matches

Use this option for an individual tournament or event where wrestlers compete in individual matches.

1. Select the event from the list or select New Event.
2. Select Individual Tournament/Ind. Matches and the event level.
3. Click Next.
4. Enter the event name.
5. Enter the venue name and select the appropriate geolinked location from the list. The venue address will populate automatically.
6. Enter the event's start and end times.
7. Select the host team.
8. Click Next.

The event will be added to your schedule.

Important:

If your team is not hosting the event, wait for the host team to add it to the schedule. This helps prevent duplicate events from being created.

Add a multi-dual or dual tournament

Use this option when multiple teams and dual meets are part of the same event.

1. Select the event from the list or select New Event.
2. Click Next.
3. Click the event name.
4. Click Teams to add participating teams.
5. Click Duals to add the individual duals.

To add duals to the event:

1. Click Duals.
2. Click Add Dual.
3. Enter the dual info and click Next.
4. Select the competition level for the entire event from the Level column.
   1. You can adjust the competition for each event individually by clicking on that event.

Note

You will only be able to add the duals that your team is a part of.

Tip

Click the icon in the Live column to make the event available for viewers.
