Remove the Header and Footer from Printed Sheets

You can remove the header and footer from printed sheets by adjusting the settings in your browser when printing:

Internet Explorer: When printing, click Page Setup. Delete the text in the header and footer boxes, then click OK.
Firefox: When printing, click Print Preview > Page Setup and click on the Margins & Header/Footer tab. Set all the header and footer options to blank and click OK.
Google Chrome - When printing, click More Settings then uncheck the Headers and Footers option.
