The steps below will walk you through how to upload wrestlers into a Dual Team formatted tournament.

Format your spreadsheet:

Your spreadsheet must be formatted as follows to import correctly:

• One wrestler per row
• One weight class per column
• One first name per column
• One last name per column
• One team per Column
• One grade per column
• One win per column
• One loss per column
• One extra field per column
• A column between each field with your delimiter which is a comma(,)

If you are not utilizing every field, you would still need to add the column but leave it blank. Your teams and weight classes must be entered into the event and match your spreadsheet data.

Upload the spreadsheet:

1. Go to Trackwrestling and log into your tournament as an administrator.
2. Click Setup > Wrestlers > More > Upload Wrestlers
3. Copy the data from your spreadsheet, excluding the field headers, and paste that copied data into the text box located on the upload wrestlers' screen. The spreadsheet data needs to match the layout listed at the top of the import box.
4. Click upload.
5. You will see a message with the number of wrestlers successfully uploaded.
6. Click Registration > Wrestlers to verify that the uploaded wrestlers were imported correctly.
