The steps below will walk you through how to upload wrestlers into an open-formatted tournament.

NOTE: If you are using registration, do not import wrestlers from a spreadsheet until registration has closed and you have imported the wrestlers from registration.

Format your spreadsheet:

Your spreadsheet must be formatted as follows to import correctly:

• Only one wrestler per row
• Only one field per column
• Division, Weight Class, and Team names in your spreadsheet must exactly match the names in your Trackwrestling tournament.

Upload the spreadsheet:

1. Insert an extra column between all data columns. Fill these columns with commas.
2. Select the data, excluding the field headers, and copy it.
3. Go to Trackwrestling and log in to your tournament as an administrator.
4. Click Registration > Upload > Wrestlers in Delimited Format.
5. Paste the copied data in the big text box at the bottom of the page.
6. Use the column dropdowns to tell the system which field each column of your spreadsheet contains.
7. Click Upload.
8. You will see a message with the number of wrestlers successfully uploaded.
9. Click Registration > Wrestlers to verify that the uploaded wrestlers were imported correctly.
